Do you reschedule?
Absolutely. As long as you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times. There are no additional charges for these changes.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, we do offer veteran discounts and various promotional offers most of the time along with Loyalty rewards.
What is your cancellation policy?
The retainer to confirm your booking date is non-refundable. However, we always strive to reschedule at your convenience first.
Do you edit & touch up images?
Yes, we do. But we will only enhance your natural beauty. For example, clear out blemishes & brighten your eyes. We will not be morphing your body because we believe you are beautiful as you are.
Is there payment plans available?
To secure your booking, we request a 40% down payment with the remaining 60% to be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to your event. We will offer payment plans to those who need them & also have weekly & promotions and regular discounts
Do you do Glamour, Boudoir, family and individual?
Absolutely, and we even have an amazing stylist that can get your hair, make up and even nails done as an add -on unless otherwise specified in a package deal.
Can I order a receipt for my purchase?
Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer service team with your order number if you need a copy.
